Childe has often been quoted saying "if you find a good minion, MAKE one!" Myrdinn Dark is one such example. Originally, he was a clone of Myrdinn (one of two successful clones). However, he was an imperfect clone, and has grown to desire replacing both Childe and the original Myrdinn. He isn't as unstable as he would like others to believe; but he is every bit as ambitious as both his genetic donor and creator combined.
